Program Name: Restoring to Soaring
The provision of expert one-on-one advice to help business owners protect their operations from failing in the short term and implementing changes to build resilience and prosperity for the future. This advice includes:
- Legal: Providing advice in relation to any regulatory and/or legal issues or constraints required to keep the business operating in the short to medium term.
- Financial: Evaluating the short-term funding needs and identify sources of funding (i.e. Governmental, loans, equity) to ensure that the business has sufficient capital to pay staff and operating expenses until the business is self-sustaining.
- Customers: Implementing a system for connecting with existing customers as soon as possible to give them the confidence in the continuity of the business and identify their specific needs and requirements.
- Suppliers: Evaluate the company’s supply chain systems and make recommendations that may be more cost effective and resilient to economic uncertainties.
- Staffing: Develop plans for the most effective use for, and protection of, key staff members.
- Cost Savings: Conduct a thorough analysis of each of the company’s business and operational processes to identify any duplication and potential short to medium term cost savings.
- Marketing: Identify potential new markets for their products or services and, where appropriate, introduce them to key players in these markets through our own networks. Also provide advice in relation to social media marketing and promotional options.
- Personal Wellbeing: Provide wellbeing analysis and support for the business owners and employees who are struggling to cope with the mental challenges of their roles and changes to the business environment.
The benefit for the business owner is that they will be able to keep their business operating in the post-COVID-19 business environment and put in place systems to make the business more resilient to changes in the market place and more prosperous for them and their employees.
The extent of services to be offered will be dependent on the specific needs and requirements of the business owner(s). This would be determined during an initial one-hour meeting via Zoom, Skype or in-person with the business owner.
Once the specific needs have been identified, Zoom, Skype or in-person meetings will be held between the business owner and the Service Provider’s expert in the particular field of expertise required. These services will be provided at a cost of $250 plus GST per hour for a minimum of 5 hours
